#7798003 Change .ca domains checkout option from Queen to King

Proposed Changes

• Updates the “Canadian presence” on the checkout when registering a .ca domain from “Her Majesty the Queen” to “His Majesty the King”.

Testing Instructions

• On a Simple or Atomic site, go to Upgrades → Domains → Add a domain → Search for a domain.
• Search for a domain with the .ca extension, and add it to the cart.
• Go to the Checkout page and check that on the “Canadian presence” the last option is displayed as “His Majesty the King”:
