#3177166 Introduce the new enhanced domain navigation

I’ve been thinking about this and in order to move fast and not introduce a bunch of dependencies and rebases let’s introduce a completely new component that will be feature flagged and work within it. We still might need to rebase here and there but overall it should be fine. Also once this is deployed it’ll be much easier to just remove the old component.

• Adds a separate component for the new enhanced domain navigation options
• Fix the contacts and privacy status to show properly

It looks like this (right now only the contacts and privacy is working – the rest is a placeholder):
