#4075987 Allow checklist to have different text for Nav Items and the task “card”

Affords ability to have custom text for checklist Nav items that differs from the title shown in the checklist card content.

This is part of a solution to realise the design shown in #43861 (comment) whereby the checklist “Nav” item for “Site Creation” has different text to the title text “Your site has been created!” shown in the main task card body.

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

• Adds an optional label prop to all enhanced task objects.
• Updates <SiteSetupList /> to prefer using the label text for Nav items if it is provided.
• Continue to fallback to original title prop to ensure backwards compability.

Testing instructions

• Checkout this PR.
• Build Calypso yarn && yarn start – wait…
• Apply the following patch to your local environment by saving it as a file (eg: get-text.patch) and then applying it using git (ie: git apply get-text.patch – note this assumes your patch is in the same directory as your git repo)
